Where GIOSTAR exosomes come from
Where GIOSTAR exosome therapy comes from
GIOSTAR exosomes come from mesenchymal stem cells from screened donors, and they reach you through a sterile IV at our Henderson wellness center.
Donor stem cells
Exosomes come from mesenchymal stem cells taken from donated tissue.
Donors screened
GIOSTAR screens every donor before using any tissue.
No living cells
Your IV's exosomes carry no living cells.
Sterile IV
Exosomes run in with a sterile salt-water fluid, placed by your nurse practitioner.
What exosome therapy is and how it works
At our Henderson wellness center, exosome therapy is an IV of exosomes from screened donor stem cells, given in a recliner.
What exosomes are
Exosomes are tiny particles that cells release. Exosomes at GIOSTAR come from mesenchymal stem cells from screened donors, and they carry no living cells.
How the IV works
A small IV goes into your arm, placed by your nurse practitioner. A sterile salt-water fluid carries the exosomes in over 30 to 60 minutes while you sit back, read or work from the recliner. Dose recommendation comes from your nurse practitioner at your visit.

A low-grade fever that fades within 48 hours is the most common thing people describe. Before any treatment, your nurse practitioner reviews your health history, medications and allergies and walks you through what to expect.
That question is about your own health, so your nurse practitioner answers it at your visit. After treatment, the 2-week check-in is when we decide together whether to repeat.
The cost of exosome therapy at GIOSTAR depends on your plan: Exosome Wellness or Exosome High-Dose, and whether you repeat a dose. Your nurse practitioner gives you the full total at your free consultation, before you book. Talk with our care team about your options, including monthly payment plans through Cherry.
No. Our exosome therapy is not approved by the FDA. GIOSTAR offers exosome therapy as a self-pay service, and before you decide, your nurse practitioner reviews your history and walks you through the process, the risks and the full cost.
In a recliner at our Henderson wellness center, GIOSTAR gives you an IV of exosomes from screened donor stem cells. The exosomes carry no living cells. What your plan involves is something your nurse practitioner explains at your visit.
Exosomes carry no living cells. Stem cell therapy gives the cells themselves, by injection or IV. You hear about both options from your nurse practitioner at your visit. Learn more about stem cell therapy at GIOSTAR.
PRP, platelet-rich plasma, is a concentrate made from your own blood platelets. Given in one visit, exosome therapy is an IV of exosomes from screened donor stem cells.
Based on your history and goals, your nurse practitioner recommends Exosome Wellness or Exosome High-Dose at your visit and gives you the full total before you book.
