What the Concierge Longevity Program is and how it works
The Concierge Longevity Program at GIOSTAR is a membership, not a single visit. A nurse practitioner directs your plan, and each plan is custom, so no two members have the same one.
Monthly IVs and quarterly labs
You get IV credits each month, booked around your calendar, and a comprehensive biomarker panel each quarter. It is the same 100+ biomarker lab panel we offer on its own, drawn at a Quest location near you and compared with your baseline, marker by marker.
Tracks your provider picks
From your results, your nurse practitioner adds hormone, peptide or weight tracks, and changes or pauses a track at each quarterly review. Ahead of your start, your nurse practitioner screens each track on its own and explains it.
Alongside your regular doctor
Your regular doctor still handles your checkups, sick visits and referrals. Your GIOSTAR nurse practitioner can send your results to your doctor if you ask.

- Start with a free consultation with our patient team. We explain how the Concierge Longevity Program works at GIOSTAR, ask about your schedule and travel, walk you through each step and book your visit with a nurse practitioner.
- Your nurse practitioner visit
- Next, meet your nurse practitioner in person at our Henderson wellness center. Bring your medication and supplement list, any allergies and your health history. At this visit your nurse practitioner talks through all your goals, your schedule and your current medications, and gives you the full total before you book. With the Executive program, we also talk through the regenerative part of the plan before you sign.
- Baseline panel
- GIOSTAR orders a 100+ biomarker panel, and you book the blood draw at a nearby Quest location. Results come back in about a week, and your provider walks through them with you. Fast 8 to 12 hours, drink plain water only and book a morning draw. If you take biotin, tell us, and your nurse practitioner tells you when to pause it before your draw.

- Your provider selects your tracks, schedules your monthly IV credits around your calendar and explains each part before it starts.
- Treatment days
- Parking is free at the door, and IV visits take place in our IV lounge with recliners. On the Executive program, our patient team gives regenerative treatment by injection or IV, and you go home the same day.
- Quarterly review
- A new panel every quarter, compared with your baseline, and a plan review with your nurse practitioner. As your results guide, your nurse practitioner adds, changes or pauses tracks.
- Tell us first
- Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medications, or have a chronic health condition, since your nurse practitioner screens each track and IV separately.
- Membership terms
- The program runs a 3-month minimum, then month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. The Executive program is a 12-month agreement, billed quarterly or in full.

No. Membership is not health insurance, and it is not billed to insurance. We go over every cost with you before you start, and Cherry offers monthly payment plans.
Membership covers provider oversight and your blood work. GIOSTAR prices medication for a hormone, peptide or weight track separately by dose, and your provider gives you the price before you start.
