What the 100+ biomarker blood test is and how it works
The 100+ biomarker blood test at GIOSTAR reads more than 100 markers from a single morning draw, so you and your nurse practitioner see the whole picture in one place.
What the panel covers
In general, a panel like this looks at hormones, metabolic markers such as blood sugar, thyroid markers, lipids, inflammation markers, vitamins and minerals, and blood counts and organ function markers. The nurse practitioner confirms which markers are right for you.
Ordered by GIOSTAR, drawn at Quest
Ordering the panel is your nurse practitioner's job. Next, you book a morning draw at a Quest location near you, and there are many across the Las Vegas valley. Giving blood takes only a few minutes.

Before and after your visit
- Your free consultation
- Your free consultation is with our patient team. We explain how the blood test works at GIOSTAR, walk you through each step and the pricing, and book your visit with a nurse practitioner.
- Your nurse practitioner visit
- Next, meet your nurse practitioner in person at our Henderson wellness center. We review your history, goals and medications. At that visit, your nurse practitioner confirms which markers fit and gives you the full total before you book.
- Before your draw
- Book an early morning slot. Fast 8 to 12 hours, drinking plain water only, because coffee, even black, changes some results. Drink extra water the evening before, and wear short sleeves or a loose sleeve.
- Medicines and supplements
- Stay on prescribed medicines unless your provider tells you otherwise. For testosterone or other hormones, ask us when to take your dose, because timing changes the reading. Pause biotin, which is common in hair, skin and nail supplements and many multivitamins, for 72 hours before your draw unless your provider tells you otherwise, because it can skew some results. Tell us if you are pregnant, or take birth control, hormones or a blood thinner.
- On draw day
- Expect a quick draw, with a pinch as the needle goes in. Press on the site for a few minutes afterward and eat the snack you brought. If needles make you woozy, tell the Quest team when you arrive and ask to lie back for the draw.
- Your results review
- Your results come in about a week, then your nurse practitioner walks you through every marker in plain language and flags anything worth watching. Bring questions about any number you do not recognize.
- Follow-up
- Your provider tells you which markers to recheck and when. Many people repeat the panel every 3 to 6 months so the next draw compares like for like.
- What's normal after your blood draw
- A small bruise that fades in a few days, and feeling a little lightheaded until you eat. Call us any time at 702.703.5393, and call right away if the site keeps bleeding after 10 minutes of pressure or your arm turns swollen, hot or more painful.

GIOSTAR Longevity & Wellness in Henderson is where your nurse practitioner orders the 100+ biomarker panel. The draw happens at a Quest location near you anywhere in the Las Vegas valley, and we review every result with you. Book a free consultation at our Henderson wellness center, or call 702.703.5393.
A routine checkup panel looks at a handful of numbers. This panel reads more than 100 markers across hormones, metabolism, thyroid, lipids, inflammation and nutrients, and a nurse practitioner reviews every result with you one-on-one.
The cost of the 100+ biomarker blood test at GIOSTAR depends on the panel your nurse practitioner confirms for you. Your nurse practitioner gives you the full total at your free consultation, before you book. Talk with our care team about your options, including monthly payment plans through Cherry.
The panel generally covers hormones, metabolic markers such as blood sugar, thyroid markers, lipids, inflammation markers, vitamins and minerals, and blood counts and organ function markers. Which markers are right for you is something your nurse practitioner confirms.
Yes. A fast of 8 to 12 hours, with plain water only. Coffee, even black, can shift some results, while water keeps your veins easier to find.
Keep taking prescribed medicines unless your provider tells you otherwise. If you use testosterone or other hormones, ask us when to take your dose, because timing changes the reading.
Biotin can make some lab results read falsely high or low, including thyroid and heart markers. It hides in hair, skin and nail supplements and many multivitamins, so check your labels.
Tell the Quest team when you arrive and ask to lie back for the draw, then rest a few minutes afterward. Bring a snack to eat right after.
One result outside the range is not a full picture, so your provider reads it next to your history and your other markers, and may repeat the test to confirm before changing your plan.
Usually within about a week, and your nurse practitioner then reviews them with you one-on-one.
Usually not. Patients typically pay for wellness panels directly, and you get your full total before you book. Financing is available through Cherry.
GIOSTAR orders the panel. A morning draw at a Quest location near you comes next, and Quest sends your lab results to your nurse practitioner.
Yes. Plenty of people book the panel on its own, simply to know where they stand. Either way, your nurse practitioner reviews every marker with you.
