Cherry financing covers totals starting at $2,000, for qualified applicants.
Can I use HSA or FSA?
You can pay with an HSA or FSA card, and we give you a receipt or superbill.

What stem cell therapy costs at GIOSTAR
Two plan types carry a published starting price, and your nurse practitioner sets the exact total for your plan at your visit.
Single Site injection plans, starting at $9,000
A Single Site plan places the cells in one treatment area. The plan starts at $9,000 and covers one treatment, which is one vial of ethically sourced mesenchymal stem cells from screened donors.
Systemic IV plans, starting at $18,000
A Systemic IV plan gives the cells through an IV in a recliner in our IV lounge. It starts at $18,000, and your nurse practitioner confirms the plan and the total before you book.
Founding Members take 15% off
Founding Members take 15% off standard pricing as long as they remain members. On a Single Site plan, which starts at $9,000, Founding Members pay $7,650.

What changes the total
Four things that change your stem cell therapy total
Two providers can quote different numbers for what sounds like the same plan. These four items explain most of the gap, and each one is something you can ask about.
Treatment areas
A Single Site plan treats one area. A Multi-Site plan treats two or more in the same visit, so the total rises with the number of areas.
- Single Site starts at $9,000
- Multi-Site is quoted at your visit
- Each added area adds cells and time
Injection or IV
Injection and IV are different plans with different totals. Your nurse practitioner recommends the route at your visit.
- Injection plans: Single Site or Multi-Site
- Systemic IV starts at $18,000
- IV plans add a small draw of your own blood
Repeat dose
Starting with one treatment is an option. Some people choose a repeat dose around six months later, and you decide at your follow-ups.
- One treatment is where most people start
- A repeat dose is priced when you choose it
- Follow-ups at 2 weeks, then every 3 months
Lab work
If a lab panel would add to your plan, GIOSTAR orders it and you book the draw at a nearby Quest location.
- Your nurse practitioner explains the panel first
- Any added cost is stated before you book
- Results come back in about a week

Paying for stem cell therapy
- Paying by card, HSA or FSA
- You can pay with a credit or debit card, or with the card from your health savings or flexible spending account. Ask our patient team which card suits your plan.
- Receipts and superbills
- GIOSTAR gives receipts and superbills to every patient. Whether your plan reimburses any part of a self-pay service is between you and your plan administrator, so ask them before you submit.
- Cherry monthly plans
- Cherry offers monthly payment plans for treatment totals starting at $2,000, so a stem cell therapy plan is eligible to apply. You apply on Cherry's site in a few minutes, before or after your consultation, and approval is subject to credit review. See our financing page for the details.
- Insurance
- Most insurers do not pay for this care, so GIOSTAR offers it as a self-pay service. The total in writing is the number you pay.
- Cancelling and rescheduling
- Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A missed first visit with your nurse practitioner carries a fifty-dollar no-show fee.
- Comparing quotes from other providers
- Ask every provider the same list: how many treatment areas, injection or IV, donor cells or your own, who treats you, how many follow-ups and whether the total is in writing. Our guide to what decides the total walks through each question.
