Search for the cost of stem cell therapy in Las Vegas and you will find a wide spread of numbers, with very little explanation attached. A number without a list of what it includes tells you almost nothing.

This article explains what moves the total for stem cell therapy, what to ask each provider to spell out, and how the total works at GIOSTAR. We do not print a number here, because the total depends on a plan built for you, and your nurse practitioner gives you the exact figure at your free consultation, before you book.

Why one stem cell therapy number rarely answers the question

Two providers can quote very different totals for what sounds like the same thing. Usually it is not the same thing. One quote may cover a single treatment area, another two. One may include follow-up visits, another may charge for them. One may use your own cells, taken in a procedure first, another donor cells with no harvest.

When you collect quotes, you are comparing lists. The number only means something once the list beside it is clear.

The three things that decide the total at GIOSTAR

At our Henderson wellness center, three choices set the total.

The number of treatment areas

An injection plan places the cells in one treatment area (we call this Single Site) or in two or more areas in the same visit (Multi-Site). More areas in one visit means more cells and more time, and the total rises with them.

Injection or IV

A Systemic IV plan gives the cells through an IV while you relax in a recliner in our IV lounge. Injection and IV are different plans with different totals, and your nurse practitioner recommends the route at your visit. For a closer look at the two routes, read stem cell injections and IV infusions.

A single treatment or a repeat dose

Starting with a single treatment is an option. Some people choose a repeat dose around six months later. Your nurse practitioner maps your plan with you and adjusts it at your follow-ups, so you are never locked into a schedule before you have met them.

What else can add to the stem cell therapy total

Beyond those three choices, one more item can come up.

Lab work. If a lab panel would add to your plan, GIOSTAR orders it, and you book the blood draw at a nearby Quest location. Your nurse practitioner explains the lab work and what it adds to your total before you book, so there is no surprise on the invoice.

Everything else, including your treatment day, your aftercare instructions and the follow-up check-ins at 2 weeks and every 3 months, is part of the plan you are quoted.

When you get the stem cell therapy total

At GIOSTAR, the sequence is built so that you see the full total before you commit to anything.

  1. Free consultation. You talk with our patient team, online, by phone or in person, with no obligation. We walk through each step and the pricing.
  2. Visit with your nurse practitioner. In person in Henderson. They review your goals and your history, confirm whether you are a candidate, and give you the full total before you book.
  3. You decide. Nothing is scheduled until you say so.

If you want it earlier, call 702.703.5393 and ask the patient team what shapes the total for your situation.

How to compare stem cell therapy quotes from different providers

Use the same list at every place you call.

  • How many treatment areas are included?
  • Is it an injection plan or an IV plan?
  • Are the cells your own, taken in a harvest procedure, or donor cells?
  • Who treats you, and who oversees care?
  • Are follow-up visits included, and how many?
  • Is lab work included or separate?
  • Is the total in writing before you pay?
  • Is there a deposit, and is it refundable?

A provider who can answer all eight without hesitation has done the work of making the comparison fair.

Paying for stem cell therapy

Insurance plans generally do not cover stem cell therapy, so GIOSTAR offers it as a self-pay service. If you would rather spread the cost, Cherry offers monthly payment plans for qualified applicants, subject to credit approval. You apply on Cherry's site in a few minutes, choose the monthly plan that fits, and tell our team you are paying with Cherry when you start. See our financing page for the details.

The same applies to related questions. If you are wondering about coverage, read does insurance cover stem cell therapy.

Questions worth asking about any stem cell therapy total

A few questions apply no matter where you go:

  • What happens if I decide not to go ahead after my consultation?
  • What happens if I need to reschedule?
  • Is there a charge to talk with someone after treatment day?
  • Who do I call, and is the number answered?

These are good questions to ask, and our patient team answers each one.

What the stem cell therapy free consultation is for

The free consultation at GIOSTAR is the step where we ask what you would like to keep doing, explain how stem cell therapy works here, and answer questions about the process and the pricing. Then you decide whether to book the visit with a nurse practitioner. There is no obligation at either step.
