The Concierge Longevity Program is a wellness membership at GIOSTAR Longevity & Wellness in Henderson. One nurse practitioner directs your plan. You get IV credits every month, a lab panel every quarter and a plan review with your provider each quarter, all booked around your calendar.
This article walks through how the program runs: what a membership includes, what your first month looks like, how each quarter works, and how billing and commitment are set up.
What the Concierge Longevity Program includes
The program is a membership, not a single visit. Each plan is custom, so no two members have the same one. Four parts make up every plan.
Monthly IV credits
You get IV credits each month, booked around your calendar. Your visits take place in our IV lounge with recliners in Henderson. For more about the IV side, read what IV therapy is.
A lab panel every quarter
Each quarter, you get a comprehensive biomarker panel. It is the same full-body blood panel we offer on its own, drawn at a Quest location near you and compared with your baseline, marker by marker. After GIOSTAR orders the panel, you book the draw, and results come back in about a week. Read what a full-body blood panel measures for the detail.
Tracks your provider picks
From your results, your nurse practitioner may add hormone, peptide or weight tracks, and changes or pauses a track at each quarterly review. Before you start, your nurse practitioner screens each track on its own and explains it. You choose whether to add any of them.
Quarterly plan reviews
Every quarter, your provider reviews your full panel with you and checks each track and IV against your history and medications. Your plan moves with your results.
Your first month in the Concierge Longevity Program
- Free consultation with our patient team, online, by phone or in person, with no obligation.
- A visit with your nurse practitioner at our Henderson wellness center, who talks through your goals, schedule and medications and gives you the full total.
- Baseline panel. You book the draw at a Quest location near you, and results come back in about a week.
- Your plan. Your nurse practitioner walks through your results with you and builds the first quarter, including your IV schedule.
- First IV visit. Booked around your calendar, in our IV lounge.
Before your nurse practitioner visit, gather your medication and supplement list, any allergies and your health history. If you take biotin, tell us, and your nurse practitioner tells you when to pause it before your draw.
How each quarter of the Concierge Longevity Program works
A quarter is one full cycle: your IV visits each month, then a new panel and a review.
- Months one to three. Your IV credits are used on the schedule you set together. Your care team is your direct contact for questions between visits.
- New panel. Near the end of the quarter, GIOSTAR orders a new full-body blood panel, and you book the draw.
- Plan review. Your nurse practitioner compares the new panel with your baseline, marker by marker, and adds, changes or pauses tracks as your results guide.
Many members join while they feel well and want one plan with numbers to track it. You do not need a health concern to join. Your baseline panel sets the starting point either way.
The two Concierge Longevity programs
GIOSTAR offers two year-round programs. Both start with a free consultation.
- Concierge Longevity Program. Monthly IVs and quarterly labs, with tracks your provider picks. Your membership covers provider oversight and your blood work, and your nurse practitioner reviews your plan with you every quarter.
- Executive Cellular Performance Program. A 12-month plan with one lead nurse practitioner who times every part around your calendar. It adds stem cell or exosome therapy, advanced infusions including NAD+ every month, and hormone and peptide protocols adjusted each quarter.
How the Concierge Longevity Program sits beside your regular doctor
Your regular doctor still handles your checkups, sick visits and referrals. The Concierge Longevity Program is for wellness planning, and the two work well together. If you ask, your GIOSTAR nurse practitioner sends your results to your doctor, so both of them see the same numbers.
Concierge Longevity Program billing and membership terms
- Insurance. Membership is not health insurance, and it is not billed to insurance.
- What membership covers. Provider oversight and your blood work. GIOSTAR prices medication for a hormone, peptide or weight track separately, by dose, and your provider gives you the price before you start.
- Commitment. Three months is the minimum, then month to month. The first quarter completes one full cycle: baseline panel, your tracks and the first quarterly recheck. Cancelling takes 30 days' notice.
- Executive program. A 12-month agreement, billed quarterly or in full.
- Payment plans. Cherry offers monthly payment plans for qualified applicants.
Your total depends on the plan your nurse practitioner builds with you: your monthly IV credits, the tracks you add, and whether you choose the Executive program. You get the full total at your nurse practitioner visit, before you book.
