Longevity medicine is a way of organizing wellness care around regular measurement and one provider who follows your numbers over time. At GIOSTAR, the Concierge Longevity Program is a membership with monthly IV credits, a lab panel every quarter and a nurse practitioner who reviews your plan with you each quarter.

The adults who ask about it usually have a calendar full of travel, deadlines and people who depend on them. They do not want another thing to manage. They want one plan, one team and numbers they can track. This article covers what longevity medicine means, what a program includes, and how it differs from the checkups you already have.

What longevity medicine means

Providers use the term "longevity medicine" in different ways. At GIOSTAR, it means a membership for wellness planning. A nurse practitioner directs your plan, labs set a baseline, and quarterly reviews show how your numbers move from one panel to the next.

The approach is about measurement and follow-through. A checkup tells you where you stand on the day. A longevity program keeps a record and returns to it on a schedule.

What the Concierge Longevity Program includes

The program at GIOSTAR is a membership, not a single visit. It has three working parts.

  • Monthly IV credits. You get IV credits each month, booked around your calendar, for visits in our IV lounge with recliners. See what IV therapy is for the drip menu.
  • A lab panel every quarter. A comprehensive 100+ biomarker panel, drawn at a Quest location near you and compared with your baseline, marker by marker.
  • Tracks your nurse practitioner picks. From your results, your nurse practitioner adds hormone, peptide or weight tracks, and changes or pauses a track at each quarterly review. Before you start, your nurse practitioner screens each track on its own and explains it.

Membership covers provider oversight and your blood work. GIOSTAR prices medication for a hormone, peptide or weight track separately by dose, and your provider gives you the price before you start.

The two programs

GIOSTAR offers two year-round programs, and both start with a free consultation.

The Concierge Longevity Program is the base membership: monthly IV credits, a lab panel each quarter, tracks when your results call for them, quarterly plan reviews and direct access to your care team.

The Executive Cellular Performance Program is a 12-month plan with one lead nurse practitioner who times every part around your calendar. It includes everything in the Concierge Longevity Program, and adds regenerative therapy, advanced infusions each month and hormone and peptide protocols adjusted each quarter. Billing is quarterly or in full.

How a longevity program differs from a yearly checkup

Your regular doctor still handles your checkups, sick visits and referrals. The program does not replace that relationship.

Three things differ. The panel is larger: a yearly checkup looks at a handful of numbers, and the program's panel reads more than 100 markers. The follow-up is on a schedule, with a new panel and a plan review every quarter. And one nurse practitioner knows your goals and your numbers across the year. If you ask, your nurse practitioner sends your results to your own doctor.

You do not need a specific concern to join. Many people join while they feel well and want one plan, with numbers to track it. Your baseline panel sets the starting point either way. To see what the panel covers, read what a full-body blood panel measures.

What the first months look like

The program follows five steps.

  1. Free consultation. You talk with our patient team, online, by phone or in person, free and with no obligation. We ask about your schedule and travel and book your visit with a nurse practitioner.
  2. Meet your nurse practitioner. An in-person visit in Henderson to talk through your goals, schedule and medications. Bring your medication and supplement list, any allergies and your health history. You get the full total before you book.
  3. Baseline panel. GIOSTAR orders the panel, and you book the draw at a Quest location. Fast 8 to 12 hours with plain water only, and book a morning draw. Results come back in about a week, and your provider walks through them with you.
  4. Your plan. Your provider selects your tracks, schedules your monthly IV credits around your calendar and explains each part before it starts.
  5. Quarterly review. A new panel every quarter, compared with your baseline, and a plan review with your nurse practitioner. As your results guide, your nurse practitioner adds, changes or pauses tracks.

Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medications, or have a chronic health condition, since your nurse practitioner screens each track and IV separately.

Terms, cost and insurance

The Concierge Longevity Program runs a 3-month minimum, then month to month, with 30 days' notice to cancel. The first quarter completes one full cycle: baseline panel, your tracks and the first quarterly recheck. The Executive program is a 12-month agreement.

The total depends on your monthly IV credits, the tracks you add and whether you choose the Executive program. Your nurse practitioner gives you the full total at your free consultation, before you book. Membership is not health insurance and is not billed to insurance. Cherry offers monthly payment plans for qualified applicants.
