Who this is for

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation to book anything afterward. It starts with a short conversation with our patient care team, then a 30-minute clinical review with a licensed nurse practitioner, who recommends the plan that fits. You'll get exact pricing in writing before you decide on anything.
In person, at our Henderson office at 2482 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy, Ste 100. Your first visit is face to face with your nurse practitioner, so we can listen properly and answer your questions on the spot. Your nurse practitioner reviews your history, medications and goals, then manages your plan with you afterward, with follow-up visits and lab reviews on a set schedule. Our nurse practitioners give every treatment, under our medical director, Dr. Ryan Peterson, and they walk you through the risks and side effects of anything they recommend. If you are coming in about a joint or your back, bring any imaging and a list of what you have tried; your nurse practitioner explains what published research shows for your area and tells you whether treatment fits.
No. Bloodwork usually happens as part of your plan after the consultation, not before it. When your plan calls for it, we order your panel through Quest and you book the draw at a time that suits you. Bring any recent labs you already have, but you don't need to get any done first.
Let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we'll find you another time. A missed first visit carries a fifty-dollar no-show fee.
